Occulti Design uses the philosophy of "Organic Web Development," meaning that each site is designed and developed from the ground up, by hand, without the usage of automated tools whatsoever (i.e. Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.). Instead, all sites are hand edited by VIM.

A part-time development project, driven by MySQL, PHP, ProFTPd and the voyeuristic webcam community. The goal of Camproject is just to share with others the happenings in the daily lives of its users for free. The project allows users of any OS to use standard FTP protocols to share static webcam images. The majority of effort in development of this site has been primarily focused in PHP, with a goal of developing a secure content-rich site, complete with user-rich features.
