Occulti Design uses the philosophy of "Organic Web Development," meaning that each site is designed and developed from the ground up, by hand, without the usage of automated tools whatsoever (i.e. Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.). Instead, all sites are hand edited by

The project allows users of any OS to use standard FTP protocols to share static webcam images. The majority of effort in development of this site has been primarily focused in PHP, with a goal of developing a secure content-rich site, complete with user-rich features. |
